Frequently asked questions
Orders are processed and shipped within 0–1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
We ship all packages with USPS Ground Advantage. This service includes tracking, insurance of up to $100, and typically 2-5 business days for delivery. Please be aware that occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
At this time we only ship within the U.S.
Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not accept returns.
We carefully package all orders, but Cascadia Collectibles is not responsible for any damage caused by the courier.
If your package arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and contents.
File a claim with the courier using the provided insurance.
Cascadia Collectibles can assist with claim documentation but will not issue refunds or replacements for courier-related damage.
As long as the item has not yet shipped we allow order cancellations. Please contact us at support@cascadiacollectibles.com
There is a non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made, so cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We do not offer preorders at this time.
